I emailed payQuake and got a response back within 1 hour. It's nice to see a company with real customer service. I'll review the info you sent and see if I can make it work for my site."

When setting up a new neutraceutical company, I was seeking the best option for a merchant account. The general opinion of several credit card processors was that it was unlikely that we would be able to establish an account and that - if an account could be established - it would carry punitive fees and restrictions, including an amount of up to $1,200 as an up-front payment, 6 months rolling reserves, a 12%-15% charge for each transaction, and no assurance that the account application would be approved - even if the initial payment was made. By contrast, I completed a simple application at PayQuake.com, received helpful support from the PayQuake staff, and was rapidly approved for an account for both Visa and MasterCard. I now have a competitive buy rate well below 4%, no upfront payment, and no monthly fees. I cannot consider the alternative to using PayQuake."

Just wanted to drop you a quick note, as a new customer, and tell you how happy I was with aspects of the customer service process I encountered while enrolling my business with PayQuake. I had the pleasure of working with one of your colleagues, Paul Drainville, closely on my application, and was impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness. There were a lot of headaches for me at the beginning of the process - it took more than a week to get the application materials from your firm so I could sign them and return them. At this point, I was about to find another merchant provider, but Paul saved me as your customer. He quickly got the problems sorted out, got the application process rolling, and did a great job of keeping me posted on how my application was coming along. Most importantly, he's served as an advisor to me, pointing me to other references and sources where I could learn more about the merchant application process and get other questions I had (about fraud, chargebacks, etc) answered.
